Write to support@roadquiz.app. Tell us which exam you are studying for and which phone you use.
Delete your account
Accounts and the Tutor arrive with a later version of the app.
You can delete your Roadquiz account from inside the app, at any time:
- Open Roadquiz and tap the account button, at the top of any tab.
- At the bottom of the Account screen, under Sign out, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete.
This deletes your account, the answers and mock exams stored online, and your Tutor conversations. The progress on your device and any purchase in the store you bought from stay, and you can restore the purchases.
Deleting the account does not delete the record of your purchases kept by RevenueCat, the service that confirms them, or the identifier the app used before you signed in, with the purchase events Roadquiz received for it. To have them deleted too, write to support@roadquiz.app.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. If you no longer have the app, write to support@roadquiz.app from the email address of your account and ask for it to be deleted.
Without an account, your answers and mock exams stay on your device, apart from the pseudonymous usage statistics, and uninstalling the app removes them. The privacy policy lists everything Roadquiz keeps.
Restore purchases
Roadquiz is not in any store yet, so there is nothing to restore today. Once it is, tap Restore purchases in the app, under the prices on the unlock screen or in Settings, with the same store account you bought with. If you have a Roadquiz account, sign in first.
Report a question
If a question, its answer or its explanation looks wrong to you, tell us. Write to support@roadquiz.app with:
- the exam, the language of the app and, for Sweden, the language of the questions;
- the text of the question, or a screenshot of it;
- the answer you expected, and why.
Reports decide which questions are corrected in the next content updates.
